MVP spec for grading handwritten Paper 1 scripts across 6 subjects and 6 official question shapes, with method/accuracy partial credit and every low-confidence mark routed to the teacher.
OCR · LaTeX · Verification UX
Turns scanned and handwritten exam papers into digital question sets: maths to LaTeX, diagrams cropped and anchored, answer schemes generated, and a split-pane workspace to verify.
Agents · Tool orchestration
One prompt chains curriculum mapping, lesson planning and web search. Confirmation gates and accuracy-over-quantity rules make the output safe to trust.

Deprecated overlapping tools and rebuilt around new generators with thread-style refinement, output history and one-click export into Quiz Builder.
Shipped my own code
Teachers had no signal that students had submitted work. I wrote the PRD and the Laravel code: unviewed-submission badges, a once-a-day digest email, opt-out, and event tracking.
Activation · Shipped my own code
Signups completed “onboarding” but never created a class. I built an action-gated, skippable guided tour: create a class, invite students, assign a first quiz.
PRD + working prototype
Co-owned the revamp spec: build exam papers from a 1M+ question bank, upload and convert old papers, or start from ready-made sets. Prototyped end to end before handoff.
Side project · React 19 PWA
A local-first finance app that answers one question: how much is safe to spend today? It models installment debt, resolves offline edit conflicts explicitly, and reads receipts on-device.
